When will finally post PC era arrive?

Author: Davor Maričić

Magic word in consumer informatics is 'post- PC era', time when all big computers, monitors, keyboards and mouse will be completely replaced with extra small tablets. Euphoria is huge, marketing budgets also; vendors launch more powerful hardware all the time ... great. But that is not 'post-PC era'.

If you ask me this is just shameful entry into real 'PC-era'. Age of 'personal computers'. Emphasis is on personal. Probably just terminology. I am thinking – computers were often shared with other family members or even colleges at work. Most of the time it wasn't 'personal'. With arrival of smart phones and tablets it really becomes personal, our personal computer.
